Next Up
Fall 2021 Triathlon
I want to see how I compete in a new training modality as this will be my first time competing in tri-athletics.
Currently, I'm still trying to evaluate my base-line in swimming, so I don't yet have expectations that can inform my goal for how I want to finish in this event.

David Goggins 4x4x48
David Goggins is a well known figure in the fitness and mental toughness world, and the dude is a BEAST. He devised this insanity where every 4 hours, you run 4 miles, over a 48-hour period.
I trained with another guy for a few months in preparation, and we completed it over a weekend, running all throughout KC. We averaged around a 7:30 minute per mile pace and completed the last 4 mile component at around a 6:30 minute pace.
